Job Description
- About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Odoo ERP Consultant to take charge of the complete implementation of Odoo ERP within our organization. Your main responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, and deploying Odoo modules, providing training to team members, and offering post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business workflows to devise an appropriate ERP implementation strategy.
- Install, configure, and tailor Odoo modules to align with business requirements.
- Manage the data migration process and ensure integration with third-party tools when necessary.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for internal staff.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, address bugs, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth change management and adoption.
- Generate functional and technical documentation as required.
- Coordinate with developers, if needed, for customized module development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Odoo ERP implementation (community or enterprise edition).
- Proficiency in key Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Invoicing.
- Capable of customizing Odoo workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with data migration and import/export processes in Odoo.
- Knowledge of Odoo Studio, API integrations, and basic Python skills are advantageous.

- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing ERPs for SMEs, startups, or industries like manufacturing or services (tailored to specific requirements).
- Understanding of Indian tax regulations, GST, and compliance considerations, if applicable.
