About The Role
As a Platform Product Manager at Auxia, you will take ownership of building and evolving the technical foundations of our platform. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, and large-scale data infrastructure, as well as the ability to translate customer and business needs into scalable platform features. Collaborating closely with engineering, data science, UX teams, and customer-facing teams, you will shape the core capabilities that empower Auxias customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the roadmap for Auxias core platform components, including APIs, distributed systems, and data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and deliver scalable, high-performance systems that support customer-facing applications and internal tools.
  
• Work closely with data science teams to ensure the platform can efficiently handle ML models, AI agents, and data processing pipelines.
• Partner with customer teams and customer-facing teams to translate enterprise requirements into technical specifications and platform capabilities.
• Define and monitor KPIs for platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Drive technical trade-off decisions, ensuring that short-term deliverables align with long-term platform goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends in platform architecture, cloud technologies, and AI/ML to guide innovation within Auxia.
  

Qualifications

Get Hired
• 4+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on technical products, platforms, or infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, and scalable data infrastructure.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing large-scale datasets.
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems, including model deployment and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and contribute to technical discussions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences, including customer teams.
