Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR)
We are hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR) to join our team. The role requires strong expertise in Core HR configuration, implementation, and support within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate-15 days joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Core HR.

- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and configuration workshops with stakeholders.

- Configure Core HR modules including workforce structures, position management, person management, employment, and security roles.

- Manage data migration (HDL/FBDI) and build reports using OTBI / BI Publisher.

- Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and assist with cutover and post-production.

- Provide functional documentation, training, and ongoing support for Core HR processes.
Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-10+ years overall experience, with 4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

- Strong hands-on experience in Core HR module.

- At least 2 full-cycle Fusion HCM implementations with Core HR as primary module.

- Knowledge of Hire-to-Retire processes, workforce structure setups, and HR compliance.

- Expertise in data migration (HDL/FBDI) and OTBI/BI Publisher reporting.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
