Vice President - Analytics - NBFC

Role Highlights:
- Lead design and delivery of advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and business insight frameworks for BFSI and Fintech clients.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to build scalable, data-driven systems.
- Translate analytical outcomes into commercial impact across acquisition, lending, fraud prevention, and customer retention.
- Guide a cross-functional team of data scientists, analysts, and product managers.
- Champion data strategy, governance, and best practices aligned with client needs and business growth.
Mandatory Sector Experience:
Candidates must have direct exposure in one or more of the following:
- Banking / NBFC / Insurance analytics or data-driven transformation.

- Fintech / Financial Services SaaS - digital onboarding, KYC, fraud prevention, credit decisioning, or scoring.
- Enterprise SaaS platforms serving BFSI clients.
- Analytics / Consulting roles supporting financial institutions or FS products.
Technical Qualifications:
- Degree: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Statistics (mandatory).
- Postgraduate: Master's in a Quantitative / Analytics specialization.
Proficiency in:
- Languages: Python / R / SQL
- Techniques: Machine Learning models, statistical methods, predictive modelling

BI Tools: Tableau / Power BI
- Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Ecosystem: Data pipelines, model deployment, API integrations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 12-18 years' experience in data science, analytics, or business modelling, preferably within BFSI / FinTech.
- Proven success in client-facing analytics delivery and measurable business impact (ROI).
- Experience in start-up or mid-scale environments, with agile execution capability.
- Exposure to system integration vs implementation in data-heavy ecosystems.
- Strong leadership ability to manage cross-functional analytics teams and senior stakeholder relationships."
