Job Description
- As an individual looking to enhance your skills and gain valuable experience in US inbound sales and customer service, this job opportunity offers you the chance to develop your expertise in international voice work. You will be immersed in a dynamic environment that will not only equip you with the necessary skills but also enhance your job prospects in the future.
The primary criterion for selection is possessing excellent spoken English skills, which will be essential in effectively communicating with customers and delivering exceptional service. Furthermore, you must be open to working in US shift/night shift timings to cater to the international clientele. It is also required that you have the capability to travel as part of the job responsibilities.
The interview for this position is scheduled for 5th February 2025, between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This job is offered on a contractual/temporary basis with a contract length of one month.
As part of the benefits package, food will be provided to ensure your well-being during the working hours. The job entails working in rotational shifts and offers additional perks such as performance bonuses and shift allowances.
Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement for this role, while knowledge of Hindi is preferred but not essential. The work location is in person, providing you with a hands-on experience in dealing with customers directly.
