What Youll Do

As a Full Stack Developer, you?ll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web

platforms that directly impact our customers? skincare journeys. You?ll work closely with cross-functional

teams to deliver user-centric solutions, ensuring our platform remains high-performing and secure. Your

role will include designing both front-end and back-end systems, handling a wide variety of tasks from

system architecture to performance optimization.

You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycleplanning, coding, testing, deploying, and

maintaining our applications. Your efforts will directly enhance our customers? experiences, making their

skincare journeys as seamless and personalized as possible. You?ll also get the opportunity to influence the

direction of product features and contribute to tech stack decisions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Build dynamic, user-friendly web applications using Next.js and

React for the frontend and NestJS, Express, and Redis for the backend.

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of both the front-end and back-end development

lifecycle. From understanding user needs to deploying your code, you will make critical decisions at

each step.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure

a cohesive, high-quality product. Help translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Optimize Performance: Continuously improve application performance across both frontend and

backend, using best practices for code efficiency and system architecture.

• Database Design and Optimization: Design robust database schemas, write efficient queries, and

ensure data integrity, especially with MySQL.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Integrate with AWS cloud services (such as Lambda, S3, EC2) to create

scalable and reliable solutions.

• Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and use debugging tools to identify and resolve issues

efficiently.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, contribute to knowledge sharing, and drive

continuous learning and best practices within the team.

• Customer-Focused Solutions: Ensure that the technology built supports and enhances the

customer experience, providing reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that contribute to long-term

customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

• 23 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
• Experience working with relational databases like MySQL.
• Familiar with building and consuming REST APIs.
• Comfortable with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and debugging tools.
• Self-driven, dependable, and take initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
• Knowledge of best practices in web development and software engineering principles.
