Were building the future with our WebAI + AI Gateway platform, empowering employees with cutting-edge AI. Be part of a team that leverages industry models and builds robust MCP servers, RAG corpuses, Fine tuned models, agentic ai implementations create seamless user experience and powerful workflows.
Key Responsibilities

• Were seeking a bright AI Graduate (0-2 years experience) to join us in Bangalore as a Junior AI Engineer, focusing on core ML and Python development. This is your chance to:
• Dive deep into ML model integration and development for our enterprise platform. Leverage your strong Python skills to build and enhance AI solutions.
• Contribute to developing our MCP servers for crucial tool integrations (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, knowledge bases). Contribute to building domain specific knowledge base with RAG systems
• Enhance platform to provide Agentic AI experience to employee
• Enhance AI chat experiences and governance for internal users.
• Work on a dynamic roadmap featuring AI Chat, Governance, Security, and crucial Tool Integrations. Work with employees to understand their requirements and improve/introduce tools to address them
  

What You Will Do

• Develop and integrate machine learning models using Python.
• Assist in building and maintaining APIs for internal AI platform use.
• Support the development of MCP servers for connecting enterprise tools and data.
• Contribute to AI chat features, including multi-modal support and knowledge grounding (RAG).
• Help implement governance and security measures for AI solutions.
• Data Engineering: Assist with data pipelines, feature engineering, and data preparation for ML models.
• Test, document, and troubleshoot AI features and integrations.
  

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors/Masters in CS, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid ML knowledge (algorithms, model training, evaluation).
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application.
• An aptitude for system integration and problem-solving.
• A passion for AI, ML, and a drive to learn quickly.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Data Engineering experience (ETL, data pipelines, SQL).

  Get Hired
  Experience with MCP server development or management.
• Familiarity with integrating JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise tools.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or building knowledge bases.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT security.
