Position: Insurance Account Manager, Associate
Location: Chicago, IL
Worksite Arrangement: Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in-office (Mon & Fri work from home)!
Schedule: 8am-5pm ET, M-F
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually DOE + quarterly bonus potential
Start date: ASAP

Overview:
Avenica is currently evaluating talent for an Associate Account Manager in the insurance industry. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our retail agency clients & insurance markets. The ability to effectively manage several accounts & lines of coverage while maintaining thorough communication with the leader of the team is key for success in this role. G

Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance quotes
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and agency partners to secure competitive coverage
• Respond promptly to client and carrier inquiries
• Develop knowledge of transportation insurance products and market trends
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and carriers through clear, consistent communication
• Keep organized and accurate electronic records of policies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of insurance experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Interest in building and maintaining strong client relationships
