SAP FICO SME Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO SME to manage and support end-to-end Finance & Controlling processes including Profit Center & Cost Center Accounting, Budgeting, Fund Management, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Tax, Bank Accounting, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver stable solutions, enhancements, and support across the SAP landscape.

Contract Period: 12 months, extendable

Shift : 6 am to 3 pm IST

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Expertise in GL, Asset Accounting, Tax, Bank Accounting, Intercompany, and Controlling (Profit/Cost Center Accounting).
• Good understanding of Budgeting and Fund Management
  
  processes.
• Experience in reports and financial analysis support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Profit Center Accounting (PCA) and Cost Center Accounting (CCA) processes, including allocations and period-end activities.
• Configure and support Budgeting and Fund Management as per business requirements.
• Manage General Ledger (GL) operations including postings, validations, period close activities, and reconciliation.
• Handle Fixed Assets Accounting (AA) including asset acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and retirement.
• Support Tax requirements including tax codes, tax calculation, and compliance reporting.
• Manage Bank Accounting processes including bank reconciliation, payments, and cash/bank postings.

  Get Hired
  Intercompany transactions including intercompany billing, postings, eliminations, and reconciliation.
• Develop and support Finance reports (standard and custom) for business and management requirements.
• Work on incident resolution, change requests, enhancements, testing (UT/SIT/UAT), documentation, and user training.
• Coordinate with other SAP teams (MM/SD/PP) to ensure smooth integration and end-to-end process alignment.
