Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles across multiple modules. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for SAP positions (S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with technical panels
• Build and maintain a strong SAP talent pipeline
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate onboarding experience
• Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline health)
• Stay updated with SAP market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong focus on SAP hiring

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and technologies (S/4HANA preferred)
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or product-based organizations
