Educational Qualification
Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field from a reputed institution.
Experience
15+ years of experience in B2B sales, distribution, and operations leadership roles, with strong experience managing large teams and multi-city business operations. Candidates should have experience leading national or regional business functions, scaling distribution networks, and driving revenue growth across multiple markets.
Role Description
We are looking for a Business Head for one of Park+'s B2B business lines to lead and scale sales and operational expansion across India. This role will drive national B2B growth, build scalable distribution networks, and ensure strong operational execution across multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive B2B revenue growth across India and achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Build and scale large B2B distribution networks across key markets and cities.
- Oversee multi-city business operations, ensuring operational efficiency and execution.
- Build, lead, and mentor regional sales and operations teams.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to expand Park+'s B2B footprint.
- Track revenue, distribution growth, and operational performance metrics.

- Proven experience leading large B2B sales and operations teams
