Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated, Arabic-speaking Associate with generalist coverage experience to join a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory mandates across various sectors.Maintain generalist coverage, supporting deal execution and origination in industries such as consumer, healthcare, industrials, TMT, energy, and financial services.Support senior bankers in origination activities through market research, client engagement materials, and sector insights.Assist in mentoring and supervising analysts and interns.Build strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact during live deals.
Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in M&A or investment banking, with broad exposure to multiple industries.Fluent in Arabic and English.Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.CFA, ACA, or MBA qualification is a plus.
