Job Description

    As a Talent Acquisition professional at DMART located in Thane, you will be responsible for managing the hiring cycle for the category team. This includes gathering requirements, overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Your role will also involve maintaining 100% compliance throughout the hiring process to meet organizational standards.
    To excel in this position, you must have 3-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to solve problems, collaborate effectively, and build relationships with stakeholders. A growth mindset and willingness to tackle new challenges are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role.
    You will be expected to demonstrate adaptability and thrive in an unstructured and ambiguous work environment. The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently is crucial. Additionally, having a strong backbone and the ability to push back when necessary will be advantageous in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.
    As part of your duties, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and candidates, leveraging various sourcing methods to fill roles effectively. Utilizing external talent pipelines and market data analysis, you will engage stakeholders in discussions to enhance the sourcing and hiring process. Furthermore, you will assist in the onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization, as well as prepare and present reports to key stakeholders.
    The position is based at Wagle Estate, near ESIC (Kamgar) Hospital, Thane (Head Office). This full-time, permanent role offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. Having at least 1 year of experience in recruiting is also advantageous.
