Business Analyst - Loan IQ

- We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Loan IQ expertise to support lending platform onboarding, enhancements, and ongoing delivery.
- The role requires close collaboration with business, technology, and testing teams to drive high-quality implementations and releases.
- Perform business analysis for Loan IQ-based solutions across lending workflows Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD, user stories) Support Loan IQ onboarding, configuration, and enhancements

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and QA Participate in solution design discussions and ensure requirement traceability Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Assist in production rollout, post-implementation support, and issue resolution

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes

Required Skills & Experience

- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking / financial services

- Strong hands-on experience with Loan IQ (implementation, onboarding, or enhancements)

- Good understanding of lending lifecycle (origination to servicing) Experience in: Requirement gathering and stakeholder management Functional documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories) SIT/UAT coordination and defect management

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Skills Exposure to corporate lending / syndicated loans Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence Experience working in large-scale banking transformation programs Basic understanding of integrations and data flows within lending platforms
