Senior PMO & Business Analyst - Wealth Management Transformation Initiatives

About the Role:
- We are hiring a Senior PMO & Business Analyst to support Wealth Management transformation initiatives within a leading global banking environment.

- This role combines strong Project Governance expertise with Business Analysis capabilities, particularly across Wealth products and digital customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
PMO / Governance:
- Drive project governance, reporting, and control frameworks
- Manage RAID logs, status reporting, and senior management updates

- Track project progress, risks, issues, and financials
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards
Business Analysis (Wealth):
- Gather and document business requirements
- Work on digital sales and engagement journeys (mobile app focus)
- Collaborate with business, technology, and product teams
- Support UAT and implementation activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in PMO / Project Governance roles
- Experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management
- Knowledge of investment products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Alternatives, or Structured Products
- Experience working on digital platforms / mobile applications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global banking organizations
- Exposure to Wealth or Digital Transformation programs
- Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery models
