Job Title: Team Lead-Business Development (Backend Enquiry Management and Order Processing Specialist)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Business development team in the role of Backend Enquiry Management and Order Processing Specialist (Team Lead). This position is responsible for handling incoming enquiries, managing the inquiry process order process, and providing support to our sales team to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Responsibilities
- Enquiry Management:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, pricing details, and availability.
Coordinate with the sales team to gather additional information or specifications required to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Administrative Tasks:

Prepare regular reports on enquiry status, order processing metrics, and customer feedback for management review.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Maintaining Weekly / Monthly reports of BD team and analysis .
Internal coordination with Technical / projects/service/ sales Team.
Regular follow up on QT Enquiries and analysis.
Company presentation to the clients and Working on Dealers.
To Register/Log Projects with architects/PMCs/builders.- Monitoring
Lead Generation.
