Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager located in Bengaluru.
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- optimizing sales processes,
- analysing reports,
- creating reports as well as
- working with the Regional Directors, Inside Sales Teams to ensure Funnel updation and generation.
- Supporting the CRO
This role will be reporting into the CRO. This role will involve overseeing the operations management, supporting the sales team, and enhancing communication between various departments to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
- Proven track record in creation of reports, Excel expertise
- Effective Communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelors degree, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- 5-10 years of experience
