Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Handling revenue records of both agricultural and converted land
* Drafting sale deeds, GPA, SPA, sale agreements, partition deeds, release deeds, MOUs
* Checking the flow of title and verifying property documents
* Strong knowledge of Land Reform Act, Land Revenue Act, and SC/ST Act
* Conducting legal analysis and researching legal issues
* Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents
* Providing sound legal advice on various matters
* Coordinating dispute resolution and settlement formalities
* Fluent in Kannada both written and verbal communication
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in real estate/property law preferred
* Solid understanding of Karnataka land-related legal frameworks
* Excellent drafting and legal documentation skills
