Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive supporting Avincis e-commerce operations based in London. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and brand growth.

The executive will assist in campaign setup, audience targeting, performance tracking, and market research to identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams including content, operations, and e-commerce management to improve customer acquisition and conversion performance.

This role is ideal for freshers, interns, or early-career professionals passionate about fashion, digital marketing, and online business.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and online advertising
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Excel or basic analytics tools is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
