Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketplace Operations Executive supporting Avinci Ltd.s e-commerce operations based in London. The role is responsible for managing marketplace performance, optimizing sales growth across platforms, ensuring operational compliance, and improving customer experience within marketplace ecosystems.

You will oversee marketplace health metrics, coordinate promotions and pricing strategies, manage platform-specific operations, and drive performance improvements based on data insights. This role focuses on marketplace growth and operational excellence rather than basic product listing management.

This position is ideal for freshers, interns, or early-career professionals interested in marketplace strategy and online retail performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace performance management

• Monitor marketplace health metrics (conversion rate, visibility, ratings, buy-box performance)
• Track sales trends and identify growth opportunities by platform
• Analyze platform-specific reports and recommend performance improvements

Pricing and Promotion Strategy

• 
  Implement platform-specific pricing strategies and discount campaigns
• Coordinate participation in marketplace sales events and promotions
• Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly

Account Health & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and performance standards
• Monitor seller ratings, reviews, and account health indicators
• Resolve listing suppression, penalties, or platform warnings

Order & Fulfilment Oversight

• Monitor order processing flow and delivery performance metrics
• Coordinate with operations team to reduce cancellations and delays
• Track return trends and recommend corrective actions

Vendor & Platform coordination

  Get Hired
  Communicate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution
• Manage platform-related documentation and requirements
• Support onboarding of new marketplace channels

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for remote collaboration
• Interest in e-commerce marketplace operations and online retail growth
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools preferred
• Any Bachelors degree. A degree in Business, Operations, or Fashion is an advantage but not mandatory
