Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Dubai team. This role focuses on generating leads through telesales, coordinating sales activities, and representing the company at trade shows and industry events to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound telesales and follow-up calls to generate qualified leads

* Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to target key industry segments

* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote services and capture leads

* Maintain CRM records and track sales performance metrics

* Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals

* Provide regular reports and insights to improve conversion rates

Qualifications & Skills:

* Strong communication and persuasion skills

* Experience in B2B sales, telesales, or marketing coordination (preferred)

* Freshers with a passion for sales and marketing are encouraged to apply

* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

* Ability to work independently and meet targets
