Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads) D2C Skincare
About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Performance Expert with proven experience scaling D2C skincare brands.
If you have only run lead gen campaigns or boosted posts, this is not for you.
We need someone who understands:
- Purchase-driven funnels
- AOV optimization
- Creative testing frameworks
- Scaling without killing ROAS
- Retargeting depth and audience layering
- Profitability, not vanity metrics
This will begin as a part-time engagement, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on performance and results.
What Youll Be Responsible For- Planning, launching, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook + Instagram)
- Structuring full-funnel strategy (Cold ? Warm ? Hot)
- Managing budgets with profitability focus
- Building and optimizing:
- Prospecting campaigns
- Retargeting flows
- Catalog / dynamic ads
- UGC and creative testing structures
- Monitoring and improving:
- ROAS
- CPA
- MER
- AOV
- LTV
- Weekly performance reporting with actionable insights (not just screenshots)
- Collaborating on creative direction based on data
- 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Proven experience working with D2C skincare brands
- Demonstrable case studies with real performance metrics
- Ability to share:
- Meta Ads dashboard access (screen share)
- Ad account structures
- Before/after scaling numbers
- Strong understanding of pixel tracking, events, CAPI, attribution

- Experience managing ?5L+ / $5k+ monthly budgets (minimum)

What Were Looking For- Someone who thinks in terms of contribution margin, not just ROAS
- Someone who understands creative fatigue cycles
- Someone who knows when to scale vertically vs horizontally
- Someone who can identify why performance drops instead of blaming algorithm changes
- Start: Part-time (initial 13 months)
- If performance targets are achieved ? Full-time offer
- Compensation: Performance-based + retainer (to be discussed based on experience)
