- As a Fashion Consultant/Senior Fashion Consultant at OGAAN, you play a crucial role in our luxury brand's dedication to delivering personalized style advice, expert fashion guidance, and outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our clients enjoy a memorable and customized shopping experience.
You will engage with high-end clientele, understanding their fashion preferences and offering tailored advice based on designer collections. It is essential to maintain a deep understanding of the latest fashion trends, designers, and product details to provide precise recommendations to clients. Collaborating with customers to curate unique outfits, suggest complementary accessories, and provide personalized style guidance tailored to their individual needs is also a key aspect of your role.
Exceeding sales targets while guaranteeing a delightful shopping experience for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and consistently exceeding customer expectations are all part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to the visual appeal of the store through meticulous visual merchandising and maintain an inviting shopping environment.
Monitoring and managing inventory levels, identifying restocking needs, and providing valuable insights for inventory control are crucial tasks. Maintaining and updating client profiles, sales records, and other relevant data using Excel is also part of your duties.
To qualify for this role, you need to have a profound passion for fashion, a strong understanding of luxury brands and designers, exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, and proven experience in a similar role within the luxury multi-designer retail sector. Confidence, poise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills are also essential. Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting is required.
