Camunda L2 Production Support Engineer [3 Years]

Minimum 3+ Years of Experience required. (60% Support & 40% Development Role) Out of 3 years of exp, at least 2 Years of dedicated experience is required in Camunda.

The role involves providing production support, troubleshooting, application support, and technical support for Camunda 8. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the Camunda 8 platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong inclination toward supporting roles, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to incident and change management. This is a Support Plus Development (mixed) kind of role.

  Production Support & Incident Management: Monitor and maintain Camunda 8 workflows in production, troubleshoot complex incidents, and provide timely resolutions.
• Change Management: Manage change requests and ensure seamless deployment through JIRA, ensuring minimal disruption to production services
• Database & UNIX Integration: Utilize advanced knowledge of UNIX-based environments, Oracle database management, and SQL to troubleshoot and optimize system performance and database interactions.
• Tool Utilization: Use tools like JAVA, SQL, JIRA, Splunk, and ticketing systems to track, escalate, and resolve incidents, and analyze system logs for performance issues.
• Collaboration & Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis, system optimizations, and continuous improvement, maintaining high availability and performance in a production environment.
