Claims Adjuster - General Insurance

What role you will play in team: Investigate and settle general insurance claims, ensuring fair and efficient resolution for our clients.

What you will do: Handle the full claims lifecycle, conducting investigations, evaluating losses, and negotiating settlements.

Key responsibility:

• Investigate general insurance claims to determine liability and extent of loss.
• Evaluate claims based on policy terms and conditions.
• Negotiate and settle claims fairly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of claim activity.

  Communicate with claimants, agents, and other parties involved in the claims process.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance and company guidelines.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in claims handling, preferably within general insurance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of insurance regulations and legal principles.
