Reinsurance Underwriter

What role you will play in team: You'll analyze and assess reinsurance risks, providing support to our primary insurance partners.

What you will do: You'll evaluate treaties and individual risks, determine appropriate pricing and terms, and manage reinsurance relationships with our clients.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze reinsurance treaties and individual risk proposals.
• Assess risk exposures and develop pricing strategies.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with reinsurance clients.
• 
  Manage relationships with reinsurance clients.
• Monitor claims experience and adjust underwriting strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., actuarial science, finance).
• Experience in reinsurance underwriting (2-4 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
