What Youll Be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include
- Processing accounting transactions and related to submission activity for assigned brokers and ceding companies within a team environment.
- Supporting and developing the team through regular communication, training, coaching.
- Support Team Leader in Prioritizing and organizing teams workloads for the assigned area.
- Ensuring Continuous Improvement initiatives are tracked and supported where necessary.
- Preparing reports as requested to support the technical accounting, cash allocation and aged debt management responsibilities.
- Documenting and assisting with control processes and Internal Audit.
- Cooperating closely with Technical Accounting Support and Claims team Leaders, ensure that the teams work collaboratively.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the onshore stakeholders and various brokers and cedants.
- Ensuring processes, procedures and SLAs are met and adhered to. Comply with Global Facultative guidelines and procedures.

Required Skills And Abilities
- Graduate / Postgraduate with relevant years of experience within Reinsurance industry.
- Technical Accounting work types and procedural experience.
- Experience of working in MS-Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Self-supported who is solution orientated and has the ability to work within a team environment.
- Resilient develops, communicates and oversees the execution of solutions to resolve issues persistent within the portfolio.
- Robust written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal clients and customers.
- Organized with the ability to sort multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and detail orientated.
- Ability to use initiative in day to day activities to resolve issues or flag to management for review.
