Senior AI Product Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to join us at our facility in Gurgaon, India / Remote India.
Job Summary: The AI Product Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of AI and data science strategies across Axaltas operations. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and support the companys digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute AI and automation strategies aligned with Axaltas business goals.
• Project Management: Oversee AI and automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, and analysts to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Technology Integration: Identify and integrate advanced AI and automation technologies to optimize manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and customer service.

• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making, improve product quality, and enhance customer experiences.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and automation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all AI and automation initiatives comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI, azure infrastructure and services or related fields, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks available through Azure, security principles in azure and strong experience architecting or implementing them.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
