Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support employee onboarding and maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
• 
  Draft and update HR-related policies, procedures, and internal communications.
• Act as a liaison, monitoring the performance and progress of interns within assigned departments.
• Maintain and update the departmental intern tracking sheet provided by the organization.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on enhancing employee engagement and development.

Internship Details & Requirements

• A degree (Pursuing/Completed) in Human Resource Management is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong Digital Literacy.
