Job Description

    You are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to fill the role of Omnichannel Marketing Analytics. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on the performance of Marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with Marketing planners, buyers, and digital marketing teams to ensure that campaigns are successful and aligned with business objectives.
    Your key responsibilities will include analyzing the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional Marketing platforms. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Additionally, you will be expected to provide insights through in-depth analysis of Marketing data, prepare detailed reports and dashboards, and make recommendations on optimizing campaigns based on data insights and market trends.
    Furthermore, you will monitor Marketing spend across campaigns, identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and performance improvements, and assist in forecasting Marketing spend based on historical data and future trends. Utilizing multi-touch attribution models, you will evaluate the contribution of various Marketing channels to overall campaign performance and help improve the Marketing attribution process.
    In addition to your analytical responsibilities, you will stay updated with industry trends and conduct competitor Marketing analysis. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization, providing clear and concise data-driven recommendations to influence Marketing strategy and business objectives.
    To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in Marketing analysis, digital marketing analytics, or a related field. You should possess a strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic buying platforms. Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms is essential. Experience with data visualization tools and familiarity with Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis are required.

    Moreover, you should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Desirable skills include experience with advanced analytics techniques, an understanding of Marketing buying processes and digital advertising ecosystems, and certifications in relevant platforms.
