Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Ayn Media, a leading 360 Digital Marketing Agency based in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic digital solutions. With 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Your key responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities through various channels, pitching digital marketing solutions to potential clients, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for impactful campaigns.
As a dynamic leader, you will lead and motivate the sales team, provide regular sales reports and performance insights to management, and contribute to pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and client acquisition plans. Your strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, along with your ability to build and maintain client relationships, will be critical in your success in this role.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred), along with 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Digital Marketing/Advertising industry. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace will be an added advantage.
