Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Manager located in Charama Dist.Kanker at Chhattisgarh. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, managing a team of technicians, ensuring the maintenance and repair of vehicles are completed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Additional tasks include scheduling work, monitoring progress, ensuring customer satisfaction, and liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure parts and equipment are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in workshop management and team leadership
• Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
