The Role: As a performance marketing specialist at Azafashions.com, you will be instrumental in driving our online customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic planning and hands-on execution of our digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for managing substantial budgets across various platforms, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and providing actionable insights to inform our marketing strategy. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What Youll Do:

? Campaign Management & Optimization:

? Strategize, set up, and meticulously manage performance marketing campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Bing Ads, and other relevant channels.

? Develop and implement advanced bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, and creative testing to continuously improve campaign performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

? Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and conduct in-depth analysis to extract actionable insights for optimization.

? Manage app install and engagement campaigns effectively, optimizing for cost-per-install (CPI), in-app events, and lifetime value (LTV).

? Budget Management:

? Take hands-on ownership of large advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient spending to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and other critical metrics.

? Forecast budget needs and provide regular reports on budget utilization and performance.

? Analytics & Reporting:

? Leverage Google Analytics extensively to track, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance.

? Generate comprehensive performance reports, providing clear and concise insights into campaign effectiveness, user behavior, and areas for improvement.

? Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

? Strategic Collaboration:

? Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, content, merchandising, and technology to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and product launches.

? Collaborate on landing page optimization, creative development, and promotional strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

? Market & Trend Analysis:

? Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities in the performance marketing landscape.

? Experience:

? 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing large-scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Bing Ads.

? Proven expertise in managing app campaigns from acquisition to re-engagement.

? Must have direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of D2C marketing.

? Technical Proficiency:

? Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, including report generation, custom segmentation, goal tracking, and advanced insight generation.

? Strong understanding of tracking methodologies (UTM parameters, conversion APIs, etc.).

? Mindset & Soft Skills:

? Highly curious and self-driven, with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

? A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse teams to achieve common objectives.

? Exceptional written and oral communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (for data analysis and reporting) and PowerPoint (for presentations).

? Problem-Solving:

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
