Job Description
- As a Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Azentio Software, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing competitive, equitable, and scalable C&B programs aligned with the company's talent strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance across all regions where Azentio operates.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing region-specific compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain product & engineering talent in MEA and APAC.
- Leveraging global and regional benchmarks to ensure internal parity and external competitiveness for critical tech and product roles.
- Evaluating and managing regionally relevant benefits programs, such as health insurance, wellness, and retirement offerings, in alignment with employee expectations and statutory compliance.
- Supporting ESOP planning and communication strategies, particularly for niche and leadership roles within the product team.
- Collaborating with Finance, Legal, Product Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Regional HR to align reward decisions with business goals.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably supporting Product or Technology organizations.
- Deep understanding of reward frameworks in MEA & APAC, with expertise in countries like UAE, KSA, India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE, Radford, Hay).

- Familiarity with global HRIS systems such as Workday and SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Ability to work across time zones and influence stakeholders in a matrixed, cross-cultural environment.
- High integrity and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
