Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex analytics requests and custom reporting needs.
• Lead documentation of data models, business logic, and system relationships.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish quality standards across analytics deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including BetterUp Analytics, to resolve technical issues.
• Design and implement AI-assisted analytical workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct monthly calibration sessions and quality reviews to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-priority analytical requests.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or a related field.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms (Vitally).
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert complex data into clear insights.
• Proven experience in mentoring or leading analysts.
• Exposure to AI-assisted analytics workflows is a plus.
