What You ll Do

* Coordinate architectural drawings and shop drawings with design consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers
* Ensure architectural plans integrate smoothly with structural and MEP systems
* Review and resolve design issues raised on-site, escalating where needed
* Prepare and manage material submittals and technical packages for consultant and authority approvals
* Maintain alignment with authority guidelines such as Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and DDA
* Attend technical coordination meetings and track project progress to ensure deadlines are met
* Provide technical advice to site and design teams during execution phases

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline
* 6 8 years of experience in architectural coordination, specifically with contracting firms in the UAE
* Strong familiarity with UAE building regulations, construction practices, and local authority requirements
* Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant architectural coordination tools
* Excellent communication and multi-discipline coordination capabilities
