Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager specializing in bathroom and kitchen POD fabrication. The role focuses on developing and maintaining rigorous quality control systems to ensure all POD units meet project specifications, ISO standards, and client expectations. This position requires close coordination with design, production, and site teams to achieve excellence in product quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures specific to bathroom and kitchen POD fabrication.
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and approved quality requirements.
* Conduct in-process inspections at all fabrication stages, including structure, MEP, and finishes.
* Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklists.
* Coordinate with third-party testing agencies when required.
* Verify that all incoming materials and components such as fixtures, tiles, and plumbing meet approved specifications.
* Maintain traceability records and accurate QA/QC documentation, including NCRs, MIRs, IRs, and testing reports.
* Prepare and present weekly and monthly quality reports for management and clients.
* Monitor fabrication works for adherence to approved designs and shop drawings.
* Identify and address quality issues or deviations promptly.
* Collaborate with design, production, and site teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
* Liaise with consultants, clients, and certifying bodies for quality approvals.
* Lead final quality control checks before POD delivery to project sites.
* Support mock-up reviews, snagging processes, and final approvals for POD installations.
* Conduct quality audits and root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues.
* Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and minimize defects.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in bathroom/kitchen POD or modular construction.
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards, fabrication processes, and quality management systems.
* Hands-on experience with ITPs, MIRs, NCRs, and other QA/QC documentation.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
