Position Overview
Studio 360, the creative and technical arm of Azizi Developments, is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural execution for large-scale residential and high-rise tower projects in Dubai. This role demands strong contracting expertise, deep knowledge of UAE building codes, and the ability to translate design intent into high-quality, compliant on-site delivery.

Core Duties

* Lead architectural scope from design development to project handover for residential and high-rise buildings.
* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration across structural, MEP, and finishing works.
* Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with specifications and authority requirements.
* Provide technical solutions and value engineering recommendations for design challenges.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, and UAE authority guidelines.
* Prepare progress reports, track design changes, and maintain accurate as-built documentation.
* Support project managers in client presentations and updates.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Architecture; Master s preferred.
* 8 10 years architectural experience, with at least 4 5 years in the UAE handling residential and high-rise projects.
* Proven contracting background with a strong understanding of UAE building regulations and approval processes.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
