Project Manager / Construction ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAERequirements :

• Proven experience managing high-value projects in the UAE, including residential, retail, and mixed-use developments.
• 
  Strong technical knowledge in civil and structural engineering.
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and value engineering.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, Primavera, MS Excel, and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
