HR Manager

Zone IT Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our overall business objectives. You will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. • Strategic Human Resource Management Approach at every stage of attraction, retention and managing separation of talent.
• Training and Performance Management of our team.
• Processing Leaves and Employee Requests, recording and updating the management on time if you foresee any disengagement of the workforce.
• Employee Engagement, Retention, Well-being and Motivation
• Campaigns to attract the right talent to the Company, building the right EVP to attract and retain a workforce that aligns with the Company goals, values and culture
• HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations through audits and drafting company policies.
