Role Description

Building and running our content engine - case studies, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and longer pieces that show prospective clients how we think about pipeline generation.

Managing the website - keeping it current, improving conversion, writing landing pages for specific sectors and offers, and making sure the people who land on it understand what we do within ten seconds.

Running experiments with paid channels - likely LinkedIn ads and retargeting to start — with small budgets, clear hypotheses, and honest reporting on what worked.

What were looking for:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or content

• Comfortable working without much structure. Well agree on goals with you, but nobody will hand you a content calendar. You need to be the kind of person who builds one.

• Good judgement about what to measure and the discipline to actually measure it. We dont need a data scientist, but it got good engagement wont cut it here.

• An interest in sales and how deals actually happen. Our marketing has one job: generating pipeline for us the way we generate it for clients. If marketing-for-marketings-sake is your thing, this wont be a fit.
