About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Data Analyst to support our Order to Cash (O2C) and Collections functions. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decisions across finance operations, with a strong focus on reporting, visualization, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zuora, Power BI, and Tableau, and possess excellent communication and data presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize the end-to-end Order to Cash lifecycle, including billing, invoicing, and collections.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to monitor KPIs, aging reports, and cash flow trends.
Integrate and analyze data from Salesforce and Zuora to support financial operations and revenue recognition.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to improve data accuracy and streamline processes.
Present actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership through compelling visualizations and reports.
Monitor and report on key metrics such as DSO, AR aging, and collection efficiency.
Support audit and compliance efforts with accurate and timely data reporting.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance data analysis, with a focus on Order to Cash and Collections.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Zuora for financial data extraction and analysis.
Advanced skills in Power BI and Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
Excellent Excel and SQL skills; familiarity with Python is a plus.
Proven ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial compliance.
Process-oriented mindset with a passion for automation and efficiency.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
