Senior Audit Associate - Compliance

What role you will play in team: You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients comply with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

What you will do: You’ll conduct detailed reviews of financial statements and internal controls, preparing reports that identify areas needing improvement.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements and internal controls for compliance with accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS).
• Identify and document any discrepancies or control deficiencies.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop audit plans and strategies.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings and recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory changes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/CPA/ACCA qualified or nearing completion of qualifications.
• At least 2-4 years’ experience in audit.
• Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Excellent analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
