Senior Audit Associate

What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor junior team members, taking ownership of assigned audit engagements.

• Lead and supervise junior audit team members.
• Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
• Develop and execute audit plans within budget and timeline constraints.
• Conduct detailed testing of internal controls and financial statements.
  
• Prepare high-quality audit reports and communicate findings to clients.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/ICWA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in audit.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and auditing procedures.
• Excellent project management and client management skills.
