Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive design strategy and execution across key B2C gaming experiences. This role combines hands-on product design, design leadership, UX strategy and team mentorship.

You will lead end-to-end experience design across critical player journeys while shaping the overall design vision and standards for Baazis consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Strategy

• Define and drive product design vision and UX strategy across major product areas.
• Translate business and product goals into intuitive, user-centric experiences.
• Establish and evolve design principles, frameworks and best practices.

End-to-End Product Design

• Lead the design lifecycle from discovery ? wireframing ? prototyping ? final UI delivery.
• Design scalable mobile-first experiences across:
• Onboarding & KYC
• Gameplay & lobby experience
• Wallet, payments & withdrawals
• Rewards, retention & engagement systems
• Solve complex interaction challenges in real-time gaming environments.

Team Management & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide Product Designers and UX Designers.
• Conduct design reviews and provide structured feedback.
• Help build and scale a high-performing design team.

Design Systems & Consistency

• Own and evolve Baazi Games design system.
• Ensure consistency across platforms and products.
• Drive reusable components and scalable UI patterns.

Data-Driven & Growth Design

• Partner with Product and Analytics teams to:
• Improve activation and retention funnels
• Optimize conversion journeys
• Support experimentation and A/B testing
• Use behavioral design and gamification principles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads and Business stakeholders.
• Influence roadmap decisions through strong design thinking.
• Ensure smooth developer handoff and implementation quality.

Must Have Skills

• 812 years of Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing mobile products.
• Expertise in:
• UX architecture & interaction design
• Visual design & mobile-first interfaces
• Design systems and scalable UI
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools).
• Experience leading design initiatives or teams.

Good to Have

• Experience in gaming, fintech, social or high-engagement B2C apps.
• Understanding of gamification, behavioral psychology and retention mechanics.
• Experience designing data-heavy or real-time interfaces.
• Motion design or micro-interaction expertise.
