As a Senior HR Consultant, expectations are as follows :
- Strategic Alignment of HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Resolve complex Employee relations issues to improve work relationships and Productivity
- To bridge the gap between HR functions and business units, focusing on areas like Workforce planning, Performance management, Talent development and Change Management.
- Analyze, Identify and Recommend Best applicable HR practices incl. Automation
- Ensuring Compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Facilitating Communication & related plans between employees and management
- Potential travel to Client Site as per need basis
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MBA in HR with 10+ years of experience as
