Job Description

    As a Software Engineer Trainee, your role involves building and delivering high-quality software in compliance with software design inputs and quality standards under supervision. You will work in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) following domain-specific regulatory and quality standards.
    - Builds Quality Software:
    - Coding Standards: Write code to agreed coding standards.
    - TDD: Follow TDD practices to develop failing tests before changing or writing new code.

    - Unit Testing: Develop unit tests for all code and ensure unit tests are passing before and after check-in.
    - Test Coverage: Develop test cases for all bugs to avoid future regressions.
    - Agile Modelling:
    - Documentation: Document continuously, as late as possible, and maintain a single source of information.
    - BDD (Functional Tests): Create a shared understanding using Behaviour-driven development.

    - Agile Practices:
    - Pair Programming: Collaborate with peers in pair programming sessions.
    Qualifications Required:
    - Bachelors Degree
