Job Description
- As a Backend Developer in this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using Node.js, Strapi, PostgreSQL, Socket.io, and Redis. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and optimizing APIs for seamless integration with frontend technologies such as Next.js and React.js.
- Implementing real-time communication features using Socket.io.
- Ensuring the efficiency and security of the database with PostgreSQL.
- Utilizing Redis for caching and improving application performance.
For the Game Development aspect of the position, you will be required to develop and maintain game backend logic using Phaser.js and Node.js. Your duties will involve:
- Implementing multiplayer functionality and real-time game interactions.
- Optimizing game performance and ensuring scalability.
- Integrating Ethereum and Polygon Blockchain for decentralized reward distribution and NFT marketplace functionality.
- Ensuring the security and efficiency of blockchain transactions and smart contracts.
- Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate blockchain features into the user interface.
For System Integration & Security, you will need to integrate backend systems with frontend technologies to ensure seamless functionality. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing security best practices to protect data and transactions.
- Conducting regular code reviews and performance optimizations.
In terms of Collaboration & Support, you will work closely with frontend developers, game developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive development efforts. Your tasks will involve:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for backend systems.
