Project Manager / Project Coordinator

:Job Location: Haifa / Nazareth - IsraelJob Summary:The Project Manager will lead and manage the Green field implementation and maintenance of any EAM solutions. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and optimizing the use of EAM enhance asset management and operational efficiency.:· Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for MMIS implementation.· Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.· Oversee all phases of project management, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive management.· Lead and mentor a team of EAM developers, analysts, and consultants.· Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as required for specialized expertise.· Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and data sources.· Analyse current asset management processes and identify opportunities for improvement using EAM.· Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators.· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, test plans, and user manuals.Additional advantages, if any of experience with the Maximo - EAM productSkills:Job Location: Haifa / Nazareth - Israel Onsite onlyQualifications:· Bachelor’s degree, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.· Minimum 8+ years of experience in the IT industry

• At least 8 -12 years of experience in working with Asset management solutions like IBM Maximo and Oracle or EAM systems.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification preferred.· Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Hebrew is mandatory.· Experience in any EAM Product ( MAS, Oracle or EAM projects ) is highly preferred.· Familiarity with EAM functionalities, modules, and integration processes (Rail Metro, domain is preferred)
