Bain Capability Network
Bain Capability Network was established in 2004 in New Delhi and now has nodes in India, Warsaw and Mexico. We are an expert client delivery (ECD) team at Bain and Company that collaborates closely with global leadership and clients, offering expertise across various industries and capabilities. We offer three delivery model archetypes- offshore, on-site and hybrid for seamless integration with case teams and practice areas. From developing Intellectual Property to delivering end-client solutions, we house dedicated teams across all industries, including Consumer Products, Retail, FS, Healthcare etc. and specialize in core capabilities such as Private Equity, Pricing, Corporate Finance and Strategy, Data and Insights, etc.
Reports to: Manager/Project Leader
Associates play a senior team member role on BCN cases, leading simple cases independently and driving the analysis on more complicated cases with significant direction from a Project Leader. They also act as primary point of contact for Bain case teams from any global office. They provide feedback and coach Analysts on task execution. Associates often interact with clients across levels and geography from cases they are aligned to.
Job Responsibilities
- Proficient with sound business logic and ability to structure approaches/presentations for adding value in complex business analysis.
- Quickly grasp on different client businesses and perform research/analysis across all geographies and industries.
- Preparing an action plan for client to implement the strategic solutions and manage its execution.
- Ability to provide solid business judgment to derive answers in situations where data is not easily available or explicitly published.
- May have first-level team management responsibility which generally involves conducting performance discussions/appraisals, allocating and reviewing work to a small team of analysts.
